1. The short relief sought in the present writ petition by the Petitioner who appears in person is that himself having furnished the Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) before the DRAT on behalf of his companies, the FDR should be returned to him. He states that principal as well as interest amounts have already been released.

2. In view of the above statement, which is not objected to by counsel for the Respondent, it is apparent that FDR lying in the DRAT now should be returned to Petitioner. It is accordingly ordered.
