Application under Section 378(3) of Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking grant of leave to appeal against the impugned Judgment dated 24.12.2019 of the Court of the learned CMM-04 (North), Rohini Courts in relation to FIR No. 420/2012 registered at Police Station: Alipur submitting inter alia to the effect that learned Trial Court had not taken cognizance of the aspect that the testimonies of the witnesses established rash and negligent driving by the respondent in the matter and had rather acquitted the respondent.
