Petitioner had been defending an eviction petition and the present petition has been filed challenging order dated 03.08.2023 whereby learned Rent Control Tribunal has upheld the dismissal of their application moved under Order VIII Rule 1 r/w Order XXVII CPC.

It has, however, been informed that matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the eviction petition in question has already been disposed of as settled by the learned Controller. 3.

Copy of order dated 18.07.2025 has been shown in this regard. 4.

Same is taken on record.

In view of the fact that the eviction petition has already been disposed of as withdrawn in terms of settlement, present petition is disposed of, as having become infructuous.
