cognizance by the Trial Court. Mr. Sabharwal argues that the Petitioner is not an accused. On this point, Ms. Mishika Pandita, counsel for CBI, states that stage for taking cognizance has not reached as yet. 5.
Be that as it may, the present petition, along with pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly, with liberty as aforesaid.

It is further observed that in the event that the Petitioner applies to the Trial Court for seeking permission to travel abroad and the conditions imposed are onerous, the Petitioner shall be at liberty to assail the same in accordance with law.
