Parties have executed Settlement Agreement dated 19th February, 2024, before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, which is accompanied with a Board Resolution and Letter of Authority in favour of Authorised Representatives of Plaintiff and Defendant, respectively.

Counsel for the parties mentioned in the appearance above confirm the terms of settlement and pray for the suit to be decreed in terms thereof. 3.

The Court has perused the said terms and finds the same to be lawful. Under the Agreement, Defendant has acknowledged the Plaintiff's common law rights in the trademark "DIALEX" and has agreed to discontinue the use of their trademark "DILEX".
