It is stated by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that they have moved a representation for consideration on 28.06.2025. Subject to the decision of the same, he seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition to file afresh, if required. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents undertakes that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents, they shall not initiate any coercive steps against the petitioner for a period of one week, which is non extendable.
