Both the writ petitions, which involve same question, have been taken up together.

In W.P.(CRL) 1927/2025, the petitioner seeks direction for production of Sonali, Danish Sheikh and Minor „S‟ and in W.P.(CRL) 1928/2025, the petitioner seeks direction for production of Ms. Sweety Bibi and Minor „K S‟.

Mr.

Sanjay Lao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/State appears on advance notice and submits that all such five persons were found to be illegal migrants from Bangladesh and when they were asked to produce documents to show and demonstrate that they were citizens of India, they failed to provide any such document. Resultantly, they were taken to police station where on examination, they admitted that they were citizens of Bangladesh and were born in Bangladesh and had illegally entered into India. 4.

Mr. Lao submits that they all were accordingly, thereafter, produced before the competent authority i.e., Foreigners Regional Registration Office, RK Puram, Delhi, [hereinafter referred to as "FRRO"], where after due verification, order of their deportation has already been passed and they have already been deported to Bangladesh on 26.06.2025.

Status Report has been submitted in both the matters, which is taken on record. A copy of such Status Report has also been duly furnished to learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the above, he does not press for any relief in the present two petitions and would file appropriate petition challenging the abovesaid order dated 24.06.2025 8.

The petitions are accordingly disposed of in the above said terms. Liberty, as prayed, for is granted.
