under Order I Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 i.e. CM APPL. 40876/2025 submits that the matter was mentioned in the morning without information to them.

The Applicant is the Sarojini Market Shopkeepers Association. It is their stand that the NDMC, on the last date, had stated clearly that the Petitioner had filed certain fake challans.

If that is so, the said plea may be taken by this Applicant, if and when, the opportunity arises in future. This Court is not going into the said plea as the petition itself has been dismissed as withdrawn. 7.
Application is disposed of.
