On advance notice, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Corporation submits that the action impugned in the instant writ petition is taken pursuant to the directions passed by this Court in Contempt Petition No. 563/2024. He unequivocally submits that the property i.e. 540/11 Nai Basti Kacchi Basti, Kishanganj, Delhi-110007 is the subject matter of the said Contempt Petition.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court, in the instant writ petition, is unable to accede to the prayer made in the petition, and instead grants liberty to the petitioner to take necessary steps, in accordance with law. 3.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed of. All rights and contentions are left open.
