Petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months in order to maintain social ties with family and society. As per nominal roll, the conduct of the petitioner is satisfactory, however, it is submitted by learned ASC for the State that the petitioner may not be released before 23.1.2020 as on that date the other co-accused has to surrender.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is admitted to parole, after the surrender of the co-accused, for a period of four weeks, from the date of his release, on furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendant.

Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Authorities for compliance. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
