The petitioner herein seeks initiation of contempt proceedings for alleged violation of Order dated 25.06.2025 passed by this Court, whereby, he was granted custody parole.

According to him, the duration of such custody parole was not as per the timings stipulated in the Order and moreover, during such custody parole, he was subjected to inhumane treatment.

On the basis of his averments, a report was called from the concerned Jail Superintendent, Tihar.

The report received from Central Jail No.3, whereas, indicates that the petitioner has availed custody parole to his satisfaction and has, now, no complaint against anyone.

His hand written note/statement has also been sent along by the concerned Jail Superintendent, Tihar and perusal of such hand written note/statement of the petitioner, Mr. Gautam Vyapari, also clearly reveals that he is left with no complaint or grievance qua said custody parole. 6.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present contempt petition and the proceedings are, accordingly, dropped.
