% 08.11.2024 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that present appeal has been preferred on behalf of appellant- Saroj Bala against the judgment of acquittal dated 24.08.2020 passed by learned Special Judge, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in FIR No.720/2014 under Section 3(1)(x) SC/ST Act registered at P.S. Gandhi Nagar and seeks to withdraw the appeal, on instructions of appellant who is present in person.

Taking the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner on record, appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
