The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayers: "1. Pass the requisite direction to the Session Court for expeditious Disposal of the Criminal Appeal bearing No 416 of 2023 bearing the title " Amita Saini Vs Manish Saini & Others " in regards to the matter on Grant of Right of Residence for the aggrieved Petition/ legally wedded wife who is without any roof over her head since the day she was ousted by her matrimonial family.
2. Direct the Ld. MM to dispose of all the Pending Applications in the Domestic Violence Case bearing No 319 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible before moving ahead for Evidence.
3. Directing for Disposal of Application of Salary Attachment orders of Respondent No. 1 against the non-compliance of the order dated 25.01.2023 passed by the Ld. MM Judge for non-compliance for clearing Outstanding Maintenance arrears of Rs 5,48,000/- (Five Lac Forty-Eight Thousand only in Execution Petition bearing No 69 of 2023 arising out of the nonThe authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. compliance of the Maintenance Order dated 25.01.2023.
4. Directing the expeditious disposal of Recovery suit No 184 of 2019 bearing the title " Amita Saini vs Manish Saini pending in the Patiala House Court.
5. Directing the expeditious disposal of Section 9 Case Restitution of Conjugal Rights bearing Case No 2847 of2023 pending in the Hon'ble Court of Additional Principal Family Court Judge Ms. Charu Aggarwal bearing the title " Amita Saini vs Manish Saini pending in the Patiala House Court.
6. Pass any other order/orders for the expeditious grant of the Right of Residence being a legally wedded wife rendered roofless since 2016 which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in regard to the facts stated in the Present Petition."

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to approach this Court once again in case there is no progress in her cases.

Leave and liberty, as sought for, is granted. 4.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.

The learned MM is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the cases of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
