It is stated by the counsel for the petitioner that they were reinstated on 05th December 2022 and thereafter they chose to resign on 31st July 2023. 2.

As per the directions given in para 40 of the order dated 04th March 2022 passed by the Presiding Officer of the Delhi School Tribunal, a representation was to be given, in relation to entitlement as regards back wages.

Counsel for the respondent states that they have reverted on the representation, seeking documentation for the petitioner relating to her employment and in the meantime have found that she was employed in a new school.

While counsel for the petitioner states that they have reverted-back with necessary documentation, a fresh response to the said communication will be provided by the counsel for the petitioner to the counsel for the respondent along with a copy of the same, in order that further processing The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
