The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner- Shivam under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC, seeking the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus, directing Respondents to produce the wife of the Petitioner.

It is the case of the Petitioner that he solemnised the marriage with the girl on 6th March, 2023. After a few months she had gone to her parent's house, however, she never returned. Hence, the present petition seeking her production.

Today, the girl, on advance notice, has appeared in the Court and the Court has interacted with her in the Chamber.
