Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the order dated 22.05.2024, passed by the Ld. CMM, Tis Hazari Court (Central), New Delhi in Ct. No. 1512/2022, by which Bailable Warrants have been issued against the Petitioner for a sum of Rs.5,000/- with one surety of the like amount. 2.

It is contended by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the Petitioner is 75 years old and is a resident of Bhopal. He states that on the day of hearing, the Petitioner has joined the proceedings through video conferencing but due to some connectivity issue the face of the Petitioner was not visible at that particular moment. In the fitness of things, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Petitioner to move an application for discharge of the Bailable Warrants. The Petitioner is directed to appear through Video Conferencing. As and when the Petitioner filed an application for discharge of Bailable Warrants, the learned CMM is requested to pass appropriate Order in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
