Further to the order dated 03.07.2024, Mr. Pallav Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent, has produced a panel of arbitrators maintained by the respondent, for appointment of a substitute arbitrator to take up the proceedings from the stage at which they were before the erstwhile Arbitrator.

Mr. Udit Seth, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is agreeable to appointment of Mr. Nand Lal Singh, retired Special Director General, Northern Region, CPWD [Tel: 9830121650 (0120), E-mail: nlsingh3@gmail.com], as the Arbitrator. 3.
The petition is, therefore, disposed of, appointing Mr. Nand Lal Singh as the Arbitrator in place of Mr. V.K. Bansal, the erstwhile Arbitrator. The parties are directed to place the arbitral record before the O.M.P. The arbitration will be held under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Delhi High Court, Shershah Road, New Delhi-110503 ["DIAC"], and will be governed by the Rules of DIAC, including as to the remuneration of the learned Arbitrator.

The learned Arbitrator is requested to furnish a declaration under Section 12 of the Act, prior to entering upon the reference. 6.
