The present petition is filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the order dated 30.05.2023 (hereafter 'the impugned order'), passed by the learned Family Court, North West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi.

The learned Family Court, by the impugned order, directed the petitioner to pay an ad-interim maintenance of ₹5,000/- per month to the respondent.

The said order was passed in an application filed by the respondent under Section 125 of CrPC.

It is not disputed that the respondent is the father of the petitioner. Clearly, the grant of maintenance of ₹5,000/- per month is only an ad interim measure.

interim maintenance is pending consideration before the learned Family Court and is listed tomorrow, that is, on 28.02.2024. 6.

Revision petition against an ad interim order is not maintainable. The petitioner is at liberty to take up all the arguments before the learned Family Court.

The learned Family Court is requested to decide the application for interim maintenance expeditiously. 8.
