O R D E R

% 21.10.2019 This is an application for release of petitioner on interim bail for a period of two months as the petitioner's wife has to undergo surgery of the Uterus.

The above fact is verified by the Investigating Officer. Heard. In view of the fact that surgery of the petitioner's wife is scheduled for 29.11.2019 and that the petitioner was earlier also on interim bail but has not misused the liberty, in the interest of justice, he be released on interim bail for four weeks from today on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, subject to following conditions: (i) The petitioner will not leave National Capital Territory of Delhi

without prior permission of the Court;

(ii) He will furnish to the Investigating Officer his mobile number and residential address where he will stay during the period of parole; (iii) He will report to the concerned Station House Officer (SHO) /Investigating Officer (IO), on every Monday; (iv) In case of any change in his residential address or the mobile number, he will inform the SHO/IO;

The petition is disposed of, in above terms.
