area relating to cleanliness. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi has further stated that as and when they try to provide some facilities (like laying of sewer lines) to the Petitioners (namely, residents of Gali no.10 Block B, Rangpuri) residents of Gali No.4 and 3, Block B, Rangpuri object to the same and physically obstruct the project.

It seems to this Court that the encroachers of Government land are not used to follow the mandate of law. This Court is further of the view that equitable remedies like writ petition cannot be used by rank encroachers of Government Land.
