% 08.02.2018 At the outset, learned senior counsel for petitioner on instructions does not press this petition with the prayer that respondents should apprise this Court about compliance of order of 4th January, 2018 in W.P.(C) 51/2018 Dr. Tangula Ramakishan Rao Vs. Union of India & Anr.

Learned counsel for respondents on instructions submits that aforesaid order of 4th January, 2018 has been complied with, as petitioner's application of 25th December, 2017 has been forwarded to the Cabinet Secretariat.

Learned senior counsel for petitioner submits that the Cabinet W.P.(C) 1181/2018

Secretariat is not to screen petitioner's application and has to merely forward it to the Selection Committee, who has to consider the eligibility of petitioner.

If it is so, then second respondent shall ensure that petitioner's application is placed before the Selection Committee for considering petitioner's suitability before the interviews for the post in question are conducted.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and applications are disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master to counsel for parties.
