directing the respondent to comply with the mandate of law by allowing the petitioner to join in the investigation in FIR No. 445/2023 registered under Sections 302/120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Jahangirpuri, Delhi.

It is submitted in the petition that the petitioner may be allowed to join the investigations in FIR No. 445/2023 registered under Sections 302/120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Jahangirpuri, Delhi in terms of the Order dated 29.04.2024 passed in SLP (Crl.) No. 5834/2024. 8.

Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, submits that he has no objection if the application is allowed. 9.

In view of the submissions made, the petitioner, who is present in the Court, is directed to join the investigations today itself in the Police Station at 04:00 P.M.
