The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking following prayers: "....A. Quash/Set aside the order dated 20.04.2023 passed by the Ld. Trial Court i.e Ms. Alka Singh, Ld. MM-08, South West, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in Criminal Case No. /8704/2019 arising out of FIR No. 539 /2000 registered at P. S: Uttam Nagar U/s 420/468 /471/120-B IPC and Direct the Regional Passport Office, New Delhi to renew the Passport of the Petitioner for a period of 10 years.

This Court notes that the impugned order dated 20.04.2023 mentions that the petitioner had sought renewal of his passport for a period of ten years. The order also does not reflect as to whether any medical documents were placed before the learned Trial Court for its perusal to pass an appropriate order.

Let the case be remanded back to the learned Trial Court to decide the application of the petitioner in light of the medical documents placed before it. The learned Trial Court will decide the application so moved within one month from the date when it first placed before it. 6.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. 7.
