The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. read with Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "a) Quash the FIR bearing No. 324/2019 registered at P.S. Sarai Rohilla, North District, Delhi under Sections 323, 356, 379 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and also quash the trial court proceedings and other proceedings emanating out of the above said FIR; and b) Pass any other or further order in favour of Petitioners which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice. FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS THE HUMBLE PETITIONERS AS DULY BOUND SHALL EVER PRAY."

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take the grounds taken herein at the time of consideration on the point of charge. 4.
