The present petition has been filed by the petitioners, seeking directions to Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to grant protection to the petitioners and to ensure that Respondent Nos. 5 to 6 or their associates do not assault or cause any hinderance or obstruction in the personal life and liberty of the petitioners. 2.

In terms of the undertaking given by the learned Additional Standing Counsel on the last date, the phone numbers of the Beat Officer and the SHO have already been provided to the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, at this stage, are satisfied.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file appropriate proceedings in case any grievance remains in future. 5.

The present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
