The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other analogous Writ, Order or Direction ex debito justitiae thereby directing the respondent herein to forthwith conduct a de-novo Preliminary Inquiry in a fair, impartial and time bound manner strictly in conformity with the directions of the Hon‟ble Supreme Court‟s Constitution-Bench judgments dated:

12.11.2013 & 05.03.2014 passed in the landmark case of „Lalita Kumari vs Govt. of U.P.‟, under the direct supervision of either the Commissioner of Police or a Police Official of a higher rank not below the rank of a Special Commissioner of Police, on the petitioner‟s complaint dated:

24.06.2022, and the communications sent subsequent thereto, disclosing the commission of cognizable economic offences inter-alia cheating, forgery and misappropriation of funds by breach of trust etc. And The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. b. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other analogous Writ, Order or Direction ex debito justitiae thereby directing the respondent herein to forthwith formulate a robust mechanism to ensure stricto sensu compliance with the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court's Constitution-Bench judgments dated: 12.11.2013 & 05.03.2014 passed in the landmark case of 'Lalita Kumari vs Govt. of U.P.' in terms of Article 141 of the Constitution of India."

Let the Commissioner of Police treat the prayer (b) as a representation and may pass any internal direction for compliance of case of Lalita Kumari vs. Government of U.P. in its spirit.
