"A. Quash the impugned order dated 17/11/2022 (Annexure-P/1) passed by the Learned CMM/SHD/KKD/Delhi in CR Case No. 6011/2021, and B. Quash the Charge Sheet No. 1 (Annexure-P/2) dated 14/11/2021 in F.I.R. No. 233/2018 dated 26/11/2018, P.S.- EOW, Delhi and entire criminal proceedings thereof, and/or C. Pass such other or further order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the contentions taken herein before the learned Trial Court at the time of consideration on point of charge. 4.
