Learned counsel for the parties and the appellant, who is present on video conference, state that the disputes between them have been settled in mediation. A copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 01.03.2024 has also been placed on record. The Settlement Agreement is signed by the appellant, the authorised representative of the respondent [supported by an authority letter] and by the learned Mediator. 2.
Learned counsel for the appellant states that payment, in terms of the Settlement Agreement, has also been made. Learned counsel for the respondent confirms this position.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

The appeal, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
