By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks bail in FIR No. 121/2024 registered under Sections 307/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sarai Rohilla, Delhi. 4.

Issue notice.

Mr. Amit Ahlawat, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on advance notice, accepts notice on behalf of the State. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the prosecution, the injuries inflicted with the knife are all simple in nature and the complainant/injured was discharged on the same date. He further submits that the offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 is not made out. However, he seeks permission to withdraw the present bail petition with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court after framing of charge. 8.

In view of above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
