Counsel for the Applicant, after making some submissions, states that considering the fact that now the FSL report of the CCTV footage has been received and filed before the Trial Court as a part of the supplementary chargesheet, as well as the fact that PW-8 (wife of the deceased) has also been examined, the Applicant would like to file an application for bail before the Trial Court. Accordingly, he seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application before this Court.
