CO.APP. 18/2024 & CM APPL. 37317/2024 (Interim Direction) This company appeal is directed against an order dated 17 May 2024. As we read the order impugned before us, we find all that the learned Judge has provided for is to put down the application of the appellant for further consideration. The learned Company Judge has recorded that the application raises triable issues and which would be liable to be decided only after parties have been accorded an opportunity to produce evidence.
