The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers: - "a. Initiate contempt of courts proceedings against the Respondent for its willfully disobeying the order dated 26.04.2023 in LPA 284/2023 and thereafter try and punish the Respondents in accordance with law under Section 11 &12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971; and/or b. Pass any other order/direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case," 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.
