The present application has been filed under Order IX Rule 9 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking restoration of the Arbitration Petition which was dismissed vide Order dated 23.12.2025, due to non-appearance of the Petitioner. 2.

For the sufficient reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the Arbitration Petition is restored to its original number and position.

In view of the aforesaid, the present application stand disposed of.
