% 29.11.2019 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had sought time on the previous date of hearing to obtain instructions qua the further prosecution of the present case.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that, despite repeated attempts, no instructions are forthcoming from the petitioner qua the prosecution of the present writ petition. Mr. Amit Mahajan, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Union of India states that, the writ petition as filed, is not maintainable, in view of the circumstance that the petitioner has no locus standi.

Be that as it may, since learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press this petition any further, the same is
