% 28.01.2020 The Court would note that despite a whole year having gone by and three opportunities having been granted to the petitioner to file process fee for effecting service of notice upon respondent no. 3, in terms of this Court's orders dated 10.07.2018, 29.10.2018, 26.02.2019 and 02.08.2019, process fee has yet again not been filed by the petitioner. More than a number of months having been elapsed and despite numerous opportunities having been granted, evidently, the petitioner has not pursued the matter with due diligence.
