Mr. Chandrashekhar Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer in the present petition sought is direction to the respondent /PCI to change the name of the affiliating body in its records. 2.

He, on instructions, submits that the necessary change has been carried out by the respondent, therefore, the present petition has become infructous. Accordingly, he seeks to withdraw the present petition. 3.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
