% 31.10.2018

1. The counter affidavit of the LAC makes it clear that, in the present case, with the award in the second round having been delivered on 19th March 2015, Section 24 (2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation, and Resettlement Act 2013 would not apply. In that view of the matter, the prayer in the writ petition cannot be entertained.

2. The writ petition is dismissed.
