versus STATE (NCT OF DELHI) & ORS.

.....Respondents Through:

Mr. Ashneet Singh, APP for State with SI Naveen Yadav PS Sector-23, Dwarka, New Delhi.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ KUMAR OHRI

O R D E R

% 08.07.2024 1.

By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks to challenge the anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in case FIR No.153/2024 registered at PS Dwarka Sector-23 under Sections 420/468/471/506/120B IPC.

2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the only ground for challenging the bail is that while in an earlier MoU dated 13.08.2018, both respondent Nos.2 and 3 have taken a stand which is contrary to the stand taken by them in their disclosure statement.

3.

Learned APP states that the case relates to a family dispute and that the civil proceedings are pending between the parties. 4.

In view of the above, this Court finds no ground to entertain the present petition and the same is accordingly dismissed along with pending application.
