The learned counsels appearing on behalf of both the parties state that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre (Samadhan) vide Settlement Agreement dated 23.12.2024. However, the said agreement is not on record. The learned counsels for the petitioner as well as respondent have jointly handed over a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 23.12.2024 to this Court. Let the same be taken on record.

In view of the settlement, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
