Having considered the stand taken by CBSE, more importantly in Paragraph Nos. 9 and 10 of the reply, it is seen that CBSE is open for correction of the petitioner's name as well as his year of birth in records and certificates of the respondents.

The CBSE, however, submits that what is restraining them is the nonavailability of notice published by the petitioner in the official Gazette. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 18/11/2024 at 12:25:22
that he will take necessary steps for publication of the notice in the official Gazette to meet the above-mentioned requirement, and seeks liberty to furnish the official Gazette notification to CBSE through the School. 4.
Mr. Sanjeev Gupta, the Administration Head, who is an authorized Representative of the respondent-School is present in person, and undertakes to forward the said notification to CBSE, once the same is presented by the petitioner to the respondent-School.

In view of the terms laid down in the forgoing paragraphs, the instant petition stands disposed of with the direction that on receipt of the Gazette notification from the School, the CBSE shall take all necessary steps for necessary correction, in accordance with law without any further delay. It is also directed that once the correction is carried out by CBSE, let an intimation be sent to all concerned authorities.
