The matter is taken up today in view of Notification No.64/G-4/Genl.- I/DHC dated 27.02.2026.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the disability pension in terms of the judgment dated 07.01.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WP.(C) 3227/2021 has been released to the petitioner, and directions contained in the said judgment have been complied with by the respondents. A compliance affidavit in this regard has also been filed.

No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.
