The grievance articulated by the petitioner in the present petition is with regard to non-declaration of his result. 2.
Mr. Gurdeep Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student of BBA which is a three years course spread over six semesters. He fairly concedes that the result of first four semesters of the petitioner has been declared. 3.
Insofar as the result of 5th semester is concerned, Ms. Prakriti Rastogi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that the result of 5th semester has also been uploaded on the website of respondent no.1.

As regards result of 6th semester, Ms. Rastogi submits that the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 08/07/2025 at 12:03:08
examination for the same concluded only on 20.05.2025 and the result will be declared very soon.

In view of the above, Mr. Singh does not wish to pursue the present writ petition any more. Accordingly, he prays to withdraw the same. 6.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the pending application also stands dismissed.
