The present application has been filed seeking extension of interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 15.07.2025. 2.

Having regard to the medical condition of the petitioner that articulated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this Court vide order dated 11.11.2025 had directed the petitioner to report to the Medical Superintendent of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, with a request to the hospital to examine the petitioner and furnish a report. 3.

The learned APP appearing on behalf of State has handed over the status report across the bar, the same is taken on record. A perusal of the status report alongwith the opinion of the doctor shows that the petitioner was examined and found medically fit.
