with this matter, so today in the first call I shared this with learned prosecutor. It is then that learned prosecutor pointed out that earlier also the same accused/applicant had filed an application for bail in this case and the same was dismissed on 28.05.2025. Copy of order dated 28.05.2025 is retrieved from court record.

It appears that the present bail application was filed without any authority from the accused/applicant. Even vakalatnama is not signed by the accused/applicant from jail. Rather, the said vakalatnama also was apparently signed by the alleged pairokar way back in May 2025. 6.

Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh after disclosing complete facts. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
