The petitioner filed this petition to seek quashing of inquiry proceedings being conducted by the Crime Against Women Cell. At the outset, learned ASC submits that the petition has already become infructuous because FIR No. 270/2025 has already been registered at PS Dwarka South for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC. 2.

That being so, counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition and submits that he shall file necessary proceedings. 3.

Accordingly, the petition along with the accompanying applications is dismissed as withdrawn.
