The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 425/2019 dated 02.11.2019, registered at Police Station Janak Puri for offences under Sections 354A/354D/506/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that multiple proceedings have been initiated against the petitioner by the complainant and her husband and his associates. He submits that the same also have a bearing on the present case. 3.

He, however, at the outset, submits that since the matter is now listed for arguments on charge before the learned Trial Court, he will take all arguments before the learned Trial Court. 4.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition.
