O R D E R

% 08.02.2018 This is a petition under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of summons for appearance to the two witnesses mentioned therein as also production of documents by one of them.

Taking into account the contents of the petition and no objection given by the counsel for the respondents, let summons for appearance be issued to the following two witnesses for 12th February, 2018 at 2.00 p.m. at Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) before the Sole Arbitrator Ms.Bimla Makin, (Retd.) ADJ:- (i) Mr.R.P.S.Nain, presently working as Asstt. Engineer in the office of Chief Engineer (Rohini Zone), DDA Complex, Sector-14, Rohini, Near Madhuban Chowk, New Delhi-110085 to give oral evidence.

(ii) Diary Clerk from the office of SE Education Maintenance Circle 1st Floor MSO Building IP Estate, New Delhi for producing office copy of letters along with annexures served in office of DTIDC vide diary nos.813 and 814.

The diet money for the aforesaid witnesses shall be paid by the petitioner on their appearance before the Sole Arbitrator. The petition is allowed in the above terms.
