Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from the AR of the respondent, Mr. Prakash Chander, submits that, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent, the respondent is willing to offer a sum of Rs. 15,000/- towards full and final settlement. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant, who is present in person, submits that the appellant is ready and willing to accept the said offered amount. He further submits that the appellant shall furnish his bank account details so that the amount may be transferred electronically.

Learned counsel for the respondent undertakes that the said amount shall be transferred to the appellant's bank account within five working days. The statement so made is taken on record.
