The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner after some arguments seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the RBI with a fresh application for license. 2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/RBI submits that in case the petitioner files a fresh application for license, the same will be considered in accordance with the extant provisions without being influenced by the fact of cancellation of earlier certificate of registration. The statement is taken on record. 3.
