At the outset, Mr. Ashok Kumar, counsel for the Petitioner, states that, inadvertently, he did not properly read the order dated 9th April, 2024 passed by Ms. Sheetal Chaudhary Pradhan, ASJ-02, South-East, Saket, Delhi, while deciding the Petitioner's application under Sections 15(A), (6) and (9) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 19891. In the said order, the Petitioner has been given liberty to file an appropriate application before the concerned Divisional Magistrate/ Sub-Divisional Magistrate or Executive Magistrate for seeking protection or socio-economic rehabilitation.

In light of the above, Mr. Kumar states that he would like to withdraw 11 "the Act"

the present petition and avail the liberty granted by the Session Court. 3.

Mr. Mohit Bhardwaj, counsel for the Respondents, on the other hand, states that compensation of INR 75,000/- has already been paid to the Petitioner.

In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to avail the remedies as observed in the aforenoted order dated 9th April, 2024 passed by Ms. Sheetal Chaudhary Pradhan, ASJ-02, South-East, Saket, Delhi.
